Submission Checklist: Preparing Your App for Apple & Google

You must have official developer accounts to host your app.
- [ ] Apple Developer Account: For iOS apps ($99/year). This must be in your company or personal name.
- [ ] Google Play Console Account: For Android apps ($25 one-time fee).
- [ ] Privacy Policy URL: Both stores require a public URL explaining how you handle user data. Softsasi can host this for you (e.g., softsasi.com/policies/your-app-privacy).
- [ ] Terms of Service: Recommended to protect your business legally.
2. Store Listing Assets (Visuals)
First impressions matter. The store listing is your "Sales Pitch."
- [ ] App Icon: A 1024x1024 px PNG with no transparency.
- [ ] Screenshots: High-quality images of your app in action.
- For iOS: We need shots for 6.7", 6.5", and 5.5" iPhone displays, plus iPad if supported.
- For Android: At least 4 screenshots showing the main features.
- [ ] Feature Graphic (Android only): A 1024x500 px image that appears at the top of your Google Play listing.
- [ ] Promotional Video: Optional but highly recommended for games. (YouTube link).
3. Store Listing Metadata (Text)
- [ ] App Title: Max 30 characters.
- [ ] Subtitle / Short Description: An "elevator pitch" (Max 80 characters).
- [ ] Long Description: A detailed breakdown of features and benefits (Max 4,000 characters).
- [ ] Keywords (iOS only): A comma-separated list of terms you want to rank for (100 characters total).
- [ ] Support URL: A website where users can find help.
- [ ] Marketing URL: Your homepage or app landing page.
4. Technical Configuration
Softsasi handles these, but we may need your input:
- [ ] Category Selection: (e.g., Productivity, Education, Social Networking).
- [ ] Content Rating: You must answer a survey about mature content (violence, adult themes, etc.).
- [ ] Data Safety Questionnaire: You must declare exactly what data you collect (Email, Location, etc.).
